Terms of Service — Indaba Pulse

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Indaba Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Indaba Pulse provides a live audience polling platform. You may use it to create sessions, ask questions, and collect responses from participants. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use the service to collect or distribute unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Limitation of liability

Indaba Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
